The Vice on HBO released a documentary on Ghost Towns in China in March 2014. I am not talking about the paranormal idea of ghosts but entire cities that have been build that no one occupies. It begs the question to how strong the Chinese economy is and more importantly whether this could have a direct effect on the Vancouver housing market given certain sectors of our market are so dependent on foreign money and investment. This is a fascinating documentary and well worth watching. Enjoy!
