I attended the ONE PACIFIC realtor presentation this week.  It is the latest Concord Pacific building that will be developed in Downtown Vancouver.  In fact there will be 30 new towers in Vancouver and Concord Pacific is developing 17 of them!!  (see picture below). I am not a big fan of pre-sales, but I have to say this one looks pretty amazing: outdoor heated pool, poolside lounge, hot tub, sauna, steamroom, fireside lounge, catering kitchen, dining hall, community gardens, and a 25,000 sq. ft. athletic club.  Here is a link to a fantastic map of downtown Vancouver:http://www.liveonepacific.com/metropolitan.html
