I had an opportunity today to have a tea and muffin at the Corner Stone Bistro (also known as the CornerStore) in Pemberton Heights in North Van.  I have driven by this Bistro many times but never actually gone in.  Wow -was I surprised.  Great ambiance, friendly staff, and good food.  But to my surprise they make alot of the food from scratch - sandwiches, soups, etc.  But then I found out they also serve dinner and brunch on Sundays and they have a liquor license.  Check it out.  (bought some chicken soup to take home for lunch -awesome)
