I was viewing properties yesterday and was reminded how awkward it can be to have the seller and their agent following you around the home. From time to time Sellers wish to be present for showings and open houses. The argument that I often hear is, “I know this home better than you and can answer questions.” It goes without saying that you likely know your home better than your agent, which is why it is important to complete a thorough walk through prior to listing your home so that your agent is aware of all of the upgrades and features that your home offers.
