One of the easiest ways to stand out from the competition is to stage your home.  Many sellers avoid doing so because they think it will be too expensive, but here at “Vancouver Best Homes” that is not always the case.  No matter the cost you will sell quicker and for more money if your home is staged.  It is true that staging often requires renting furniture and/or larger pieces, but the addition of pieces from our personal staging inventory often will supplement your current furnishings to show off your home in the best light which saves you the rental fee and increases your sales price.
