Meet the Wikipedia of condos…Introducing CONDOPEDIA!!!!

We had the opportunity to attend the Vancouver launch party for Condopedia at the Wall Centre last week.  The President and founder of Condopedia, Laurence Putnam, was on hand to provide a spirited presentation on this ground breaking resource that has just been launched in Vancouver.

Condopedia is quickly becoming the go to resource for condo owners and residents in New York and is now taking hold in Vancouver.  The website is meant to provide in-depth information about stratas/condos throughout the lower mainland.  The site does not provide listings or sales statistics as it is purely an information platform providing all relevant information about each building and offering a place for the public to rate and discuss each development.

Readers can learn everything from who built and designed a building to interesting historical and/or little known facts about the building and/or location.  This is an incredible resource that every buyer should use when purchasing a condo in Vancouver.  The inventory of buildings is growing rapidly.  It is truly hard to put all of the information and features into words to check it out for yourself.

We are sponsoring a building in North Vancouver called Ventana.  Click here to experience CONDOPEDIA!
