Property Search - We will obtain from the Land Title's Office a property search. This is to ensure that any easements, liens, right-of-ways, etc., are disclosed to the new Buyer(s). Full disclosure of these charges is mandatory in this day and age.
Data Sheet - We will prepare the pertinent information about your home regarding age, lot size, property taxes, square footage, room sizes etc. for entry on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and Internet.
Multiple Listing Service - We will ensure that your property will be on the MLS within a few days from when the listing was taken. Buyers and realtors throughout the world will immediately be aware that your home is available to purchase.
Signs - A RE/MAX sign with our name on it will be immediately placed on your property. A "For Sale" Sign is a definite asset in attracting prospective buyers. According to the National Association of Realtors, over 16% of Buyers find their homes by calling on a sign.
Photographs - We will have professional photographs of your home taken within a few days. They will be used in creating the listing "highlight sheet" that we will be preparing and for newspaper display advertising.
Highlight Sheet - We will prepare a customized feature sheet on your home, which provides MLS information plus an array of additional data such as age of roof, hot water tank, eaves, etc. All improvements such as double-glazed windows, new kitchen, new baths, etc. will be mentioned here. The highlight sheets are used as brochures on your home and are distributed to Buyers at "open houses" and "showings".
Internet - We will ensure that your property appears almost immediately on the Internet (both Realtor & Public MLS Services), RE/MAX.ca, Realtylink.org, Craigslist & other realtor blog sites. Any enquiries from this source will be directed to us. Your listing will also be featured on our website (VancouverBestHomes.com) and scheduled open houses will be updated each week.

Realtors' Opens - A real estate agent viewing day will be scheduled at your convenience. This is an excellent opportunity to provide your home with early, excellent exposure to Realtors that are working with a Buyer.
Open Houses - If desired, we will hold regular open houses to give the public the opportunity to view your home and property.
Showings - Salespeople from all real estate companies, including ours, will want to show your home. We will ensure that all appointments are arranged through us and that you will have the name of the agent and an arrival time.
Follow-up - We will follow up on showings to establish interest and to elicit any feedback from the showing realtor.
Communication - We will contact you on a regular basis to keep you fully informed on what is transpiring in our sales efforts. We will record who showed your home, when, and any pertinent buyer or agent comments. We are available to you 24 hours a day.
Display Ads - We will be advertising your home in the local newspapers. Any input as to what you wish to appear in your ads regarding text and pictures would be welcome.
