October 2012 My experience with Dale McGauran (so far). I met Dale in October when she came with the owners of my apt to list it for sale. When I first got a chance to speak with her one on one, I asked her if she could find an investor so I could remain in the suite. Dec 2011 This was our first property purchase in Canada and we were totally blown away with Dale's approach to this 'alien' procedure.
