This widespread neighbourhood is mostly single family residences, although there are a few select low-rise condominiums around. However, there are many character homes built from different eras.
This area begins several hundred feet above sea level, so houses have been built to maximize fantastic views, usually of the sea, but of the surrounding mountains as well.
